SHIPPING & RETURNS

For fresh flowers: 

All orders go out at 2pm Tuesday- Saturday. Delivery window is usually 2pm-6pm. Sometimes the LA traffic is really bad and delays may occur. 

For goods and objects:

All sales are final. No return or exchanges are accepted.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel any order placed on the website within 24 hours after purchase. For events and weddings, see details in contracts.
